ACGC recently provided a comprehensive logistics solution for a customer, managing the entire supply chain of over 5 tons of e-cigarettes and liquids from Shenzhen to Luxembourg. The shipment, valued at nearly USD 75,000, included customs duties paid, ensuring a hassle-free experience.
Initially inquiring about customs clearance in Luxembourg, the customer was offered a complete solution from factory to door. Delighted by the convenience, the customer awarded the transport contract to ACGC.
Our Chinese partner coordinated with the factory for cargo preparation and transport arrangements. Simultaneously, our Luxembourg customs broker prepared the necessary documentation. Upon arrival, a customs inspection was conducted with our broker’s participation. Following approval from customs and the Ministry of Health, the goods were cleared and delivered to the customer’s warehouse.
Despite an extended timeline due to the customs inspection, our customer was kept informed at every stage and was highly satisfied with the efficient service provided by ACGC.
