ACGC signs the Luxembourg National Pact «Business and Human Rights»

On 1 June 2026, Air Cargo Green Capabilities S.a.r.l. (ACGC) joined 17 other Luxembourg-based companies in signing the National Pact «Business and Human Rights» during an official ceremony attended by Luxembourg’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade, Xavier Bettel, and Vice President of the Chamber of Commerce of Luxembourg, Marc Lauer.

General Manager Alexey Zotov signed the Pact on behalf of ACGC in the presence of representatives of the House of Sustainability and the Chambre de commerce du Luxembourg.

The National Pact forms part of Luxembourg’s National Action Plan on Business and Human Rights and reflects a voluntary commitment by companies to implement the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights within their organizations and business activities.

By joining the initiative, ACGC confirms its commitment to responsible business practices, ethical governance, and the promotion of human rights principles across its operations and partnerships.

As part of the Pact, participating companies commit to:

  • raising awareness of human rights within their organizations and among stakeholders;
  • appointing responsible representatives for human rights matters;
  • supporting employee training and awareness initiatives;
  • implementing governance tools to identify and prevent human rights risks;
  • establishing reporting and remediation mechanisms;
  • publishing regular progress reports on implemented measures.
